Patch removal

I need to remove patches that have been applied to VxVM. How can I tell
which patches have been applied to that package? Is it as simple as
'showrev -p | grep vxvm' ?
Running Solaris 2.6 and Volume Manager 2.6 (rev 2.5.3) on a E450.
