Updating for DST on Solaris 2.5.1

the upcoming US daylight savings time changes. I have a procedure, using
zic, for Solaris 2.6 that seems to be working fine, but it does not seem
to be working for 2.5.1. Copying of zoneinfo files from 2.6 to 2.5.1
doesn't work either. This is based on the output of zdump:
bash-2.00# zdump -v US/Eastern | grep 2007
US/Eastern Wed Feb 21 11:51:30 2007 EST
Has anyone enjoyed any success in updating Solaris 2.5.1 for DST? I know
sun makes patches, but I doubt I will be able to get them through
procurement in time.
