Solaris 9 Software Supplement CD

I was just spent some time on the Sun website trying to find out if I can
download the "Solaris 9 Software Supplement CD" from the Sun Microsystems
website. I could not find anything that said I could or couldn't, nor
could I find where to download it from. I did notice that it is included
in some of the Media Kits you can purchase (which I should be able to get
through our support contract), but it didn't seem definitive that is the
only way to get it.
Does anyone know if it can be downloaded, and if so, where can I down load
it from as I have had no luck on Sun's website.
I will summarize.
