Upgrade from Solaris 2.5.1 to 2.6

Its amazing!
By the way, We need to upgrade from Solaris 2.5.1 to
Solaris 2.6. This server runs a specific application and we
cant go to Solaris 7 or 8.
So, I would like to know if someone had done this before, and
experiences about upgrade or re-installation would be
very appreciated.
