How to change the volume name

Hi Gurus,

I have Solaris with following file system

# df -k

/dev/dsk/c1t2d0s1 2055705 317637 1676397 16% /ircl2
/dev/dsk/c1t2d0s3 2494025 249516 2194629 11% /export/home

Now I want to change the name of the /export/home to /ircl3

Please guide me.
