Sun Blade 100 Boot question

Hello,

Is it possible to replace the standard 20GB HD in a Blade 100 with a non-Sun HD
(e.g. a Seagate 80GB Fireball drive) and have the system boot off of it? I know
in the past Sun has occasionally inserted a firmware chip onto their HD so that
you could only boot from a Sun HD. Is this true with the IDE drives on a Blade
100?
