Solaris 9 ssh bug?

Solaris 9 first release, and I heard a while back there's a bug w/in ssh
that comes with Solaris 9? is it the "PAMAuthenticationViaKBDInt yes" needs
to be change to no? and mainly is it server side or client side?

I mainly use ssh to go out and the server will not allow incoming ssh,
so no need to worry?
