Netbackup Problem - Backup Fails on Solaris 9

I have a problem with my Netbackup on Solaris 9 Box (pack).
And the Backups fail with the following messages in /var/adm/messages as below:
Sep 12 19:11:40 packrat tldcd[21151]: [ID 784066 daemon.error] TLD(0) key = 0x2, asc = 0x4, ascq = 0x3, LOGICAL UNIT NOT READY, MANUAL INTERVENTION REQUIRED
Sep 12 19:11:40 pack tldcd[21151]: [ID 648471 daemon.error] TLD(0) drive read_element_status error
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack ltid[11054]: [ID 836709 daemon.error] Error in msgsnd() to pid -1, errno 22
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[21146]: [ID 402347 daemon.error] Error in Semaphore Operation - No space left on device
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[21150]: [ID 402347 daemon.error] Error in Semaphore Operation - No space left on device
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[21146]: [ID 147959 daemon.error] Daemon has terminated abnormally
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[21150]: [ID 147959 daemon.error] Daemon has terminated abnormally
Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[21148]: [ID 402347 daemon.error] Error in Semaphore Operation - No space left on device

Sep 12 19:11:41 pack tldd[11113]: [ID 162256 daemon.error] TLD(0) going to DOWN state, status: Unable to sense robotic device
This puts Netbackup in AVR mode instead of TLD and backups fail.
Is there any solution for this please let me know.
