Maxtor 91021U2 IDE on Solaris 2.6 Ultra 10

Anybody have a working format.dat entry for this disk? The person who
installed the drive just took the defaults and got 2G worth of space
when it should actually be about 9G. Rather than building my own and
getting one of the parameters wrong, I was hoping someone else had done
this :)
I was also thinking of booting from CD to Solaris 8 and seeing if 8 knew
any better about formatting this drive and then just newfs'ing it on
2.6.
