Cross compiling

Hi all, I know this isn't a real sun question, but I am in dire need of
help on this one. I am trying to compile a program (net-snmp) on my
development box (Ultra 5) for deployment to my servers, which are a mix
of Ultra and non-Ultra kit. However, when I compile on the Ultra 5, I
keep getting binaries that require UltraSparc libraries, so they won't
run on my sun4m systems. I've tried cflags like -mcpu and optimize
flags, but every time I get a sun4u binary. Does anyone know the flags
nessecary to pass on to gcc to make a compile on an Ultra cross sparc
platform?
