Storage spreadsheets

Hello Gurus,
I need to create 2 spreadsheets for one SAN 6320, with information like
pools,volume groups, pool size, volume names, volume sizes etc etc..
does anyone has any template for that puprose that I can use please? or from
where I can get one ?
