Installing extra memoory on E450

I am installing an additional 512MB of ram into an E450 SUN server to add to
the 512MB currently installed. My swap space is 512MB. Do I have to increase
the size of swap to 1GB? This would mean a rebuild of the slices
(re-install) And I just cry to think about the time and work to do that. Any
suggestions?
