SAN problem

I've got a SunOS 5.8 box with fibrechannel and after about 10 minutes of
accessing the disks, I get the following messages in /var/adm/messages and
eventually the drives go off line. Any help would be appreciated. The SAN
switch is a Gadzoox Capellix 3000. There are some JBODs attached and a
Mylex RAID array.
