SAN questions

We seem to be experiencing major bottlenecks with our SAN, having
brought in a few third party consultants to take a look they are
claiming that there is not an issue, however the figures that I see and
the performance users experience, are telling me otherwise.
I wondered if there were any experienced or SAN familiar admins here who
could possibly confirm that what I am seeing is a problem.
I'll post more if I get any replies.
