Installing gcc-3.2.3-sol7-sparc-local.gz ???

Just downloaded a GCC compiler " gcc-3.2.3-sol7-sparc-local.gz " from
http://ftp.iasi.roedu.net/mirrors/ftp.sunfreeware.com/pub/freeware/sparc/5.7/
My box is :
# uname -a
SunOS brahma.india.bristol.com 5.7 Generic_106541-32 sun4u sparc
SUNW,Ultra-5_10

How could i install or compile this file ?
I thought after uncompressing it , i would get a src directory from which
i could i build it!
But!!
