MeasureWare alerts

site.
They use ItOperations, and MeasureWare widely.
MeasureWare generates alerts from the Sun systems
because the default alarm rules include such things as
a memory bottleneck being defined as when most memory
is being used, as Solaris always does, and a Network
bottleneck when the number of packets being sent is
high, without allowing for the number of interfaces or
such things as IDN data transfers.
Does anyone out there have a more reasonable initial
configuration file (ie sensible rules of thumb).
Thanking you in anticipation,
PK
