SSH Trusted Keys work with Solaris 8 but not with Solaris 9

i have .ssh/authorized_keys and .ssh/authorized_keys2 in roots homedir
with the same sshd_config on both plaforms (without-passwd for root
login) specified.

This works beautiful on solaris 8 but solaris 9 it's still asking for
password.
