Trouble in CDE Calendar

one of my users is having trouble with the calendar.
It always worked ok, but since last week when he tries
to inser an info on any day in the calendar, he gets
the message: "Calendar: Error - Services" "Unknown
error. Operation was cancelled. Calendar user at machine
" .
I checked the permissions and it seems to be ok.
I found a text file that seemed to be where the user
data is stored, that is
/var/spool/calendar/calllog.user . However, I moved
the file and the user could still access his calendar,
so I think maybe there'a another place where this info
is stored.
Can anyone help?
