PCI error

Hi Managers,

My Ultra 5 ( 400 MHZ) doesn't boot.
I get this message,

" Short read. 0x2000 chars read
PCI error reading symbols "

and the boot process repeats on.

I've booted the system from CDROM media and then
I've done a surface analysis.

# format (analyze ---> read)

I've got:

WARNING:/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0 (dad0)
Uncorrectable data Error: block 17af42surface analysis
WARNING:/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0 (dad0)
disk not responding to selection
DIOCTL_RWCMD: I/O error
dad0: disk okay

The surface analysis finished successfully but the problem
goes on.

Any ideas ?
