Peculiar Problem

We have been running iPlanet 4.1 server successfully on E250. But after
rebooting the machine with -r option, we were no longer able to restart the
iPlanet server. We found the following error message in messages file:
Apr 30 16:40:10 hostname uxwdog[460]: startup failure: could not bind to
port 8888 (Bad file number)
Please help me out.
