remote dump between Solaris 5.5.1 and Solaris 5.8

We found a dump problem between NetApp (ONTAP 6.4R1) and
Solaris workstation.
More detail:
=============
- Dump from NetApp to Solaris 5.5.1, get around 8 MB/s output
- Dump from NetApp to Solaris 8, get only 600 kB/s output
- Make sure all network connection is OK, no mismatch
- command for dump process is
rsh netapp dump 0f <solaris_client>:/dev/null /vol/volX
My questions,
1) What is the different between Solaris 5.5.1 and Solaris 5.8
on remote dump !?
2) Any parameter can improve the remote dump performance
on Solaris 5.8 !?
3) Any idea ...
