Where the resource files go when a service group is offline?

I'm wondering that when I bring a service group offline in Veritas cluster, where all of my resource files go? Run a find command under root to search for the files which were created on the mount-point, and the system cant find it; however, if I bring a service group online, the files are there at the mount-point. So do you have any ideas where they go when a service-group goes offline? Any helps/suggestions are appreciated.
