SCSI errors after patch - Potential data path failure: resp->resp_reason

Dear Sunny folks,

After I did a patch update today I got these errors after a reboot -r.

I noticed that the patch changed the st.conf, but perhaps it was
unrelated to the patches, as maybe the errors were there before. The
disc in question is a JetStor RAID device attached over SCSI.
