Slightly off-topic, please help with VMSA server terminated error

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I have an issue that some of you may have
come across in the past. I just searched the archives, and did not see
anything on this . Normally I do not use VMSA, but I have to run through
some testing procedures for VCS for a customer. Here is my problem:
