E250 Not Responding

and mouse dont seem to work at all. But after
re-plugging them in the keyboard does light up. The
monitor is stuck on standby status and the Server is
not responding to any ping. However its Lan connection
is green. Switched it off view the Key and does power
up but cant see anything on the monitor and cannot
telnet into it.
Need Help.
