Detect memory type

Hi,

Is it possible that from the putput of prtconf or any other command determine which type of memory (SDRAM, DDR, PC133, PC21000, CL2, CL3, ...) is installed in a system running Solaris 8, 9 and 10 on Sparc and x86?
