IPSec configuration in Solaris 8
2007-12-24 19:08:00
hosts have 'real' IP addresses (they are not private addresses). From
reading the IPSec documentation provided in Vol 3 of the Solaris
System Admin Guide it appears that the only way to do this is via a
VPN tunnel between the two hosts.
First question, it this true? From my understanding of IPSec, in
general, this should not be so.
Second question, the above mentioned part of the documentation is not
very clear. Is there a more useful guide on setting up IPSec under
Solaris 8.
Thanks a million, a summary will be sent to the list.....
