SOLARIS if Mirror Disk fails!!! What to do?

I have one questions ,
1. If i have two disk mirrored under solaris Solstce disk suit. and Boot disk
fails [i.e /dev/dsk/c0t0d0 ], Then How to recover from this situation? Can any
one help me out.
The disks are:
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0 Mirrored OS disk , [root , boot , swap . usr ]
/dev/dsk/c0t1d0 Mirrored.
/dev/dsk/c0t2d0 /oracle
/dev/dsk/c0t3d0 /achive
2. And what is the procedure for Veritas Volume Manager also.
