performance mnitor showing context high

hi managers
while opening performance monitor on an e-450 machine the
perfomance monitor hangs i need to kill that if it hangs sometime it works
also when it works i shows me the context value to be very high i searched all
man pages but couldnt find any satisfactorily answer my machine is working dam
slow what could be the possible reason for this
