Flare Error

I am trying to flare a system (V480R) using a flare archive that I have
previoulsy created and I am experiencing the following error after it
extracts 100% of the archive:
fopen: No such file or directory
ERROR: Unable to unconfigure the extracted system
Any clues as to what is going wrong?. Any specific config that I need to
verify?. Your help is greatly appreciated.
