Solaris Management Console

The server is a v880 running Solaris 9. The patch level is the Solaris 9
recommended patch cluster as at the end of July 2004 (Kernel patch
117171-05).
Solaris Management Console refuses to start. There are no messages is the
messages or syslog.
Anyone had the same problem and resolved it ?
