Solaris Management Console "CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND" Error

I have Solaris 8 box with patched to the date May EIS CD.
When I add user via Solaris management console, it gives the
"CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND" and do not create user. Actually,
It gives this error when I try to do something else with this GUI, for
instance, when
I want to list the disks.
Is there any one to encounter this problem?
