Browsing between two subnets

Hello Gurus,

I want to have 2 different subnets for my local LAN ie one for servers
say (172.16.0.0)
and one for PCs (192.168.0.0) so that there is no network communication
between these 2 subnets.

I have done this because if some virus is infecting a PC because of continous
broadcast the entire network is getting affected inspite of having Antivirus
softwares.

But the proxy server is in the server subnet with address (172.16.0.1)and
i want the PCs to browse through this proxy.

Please help me out how it can be achieved.
