E3k boot up wait long

I have a E3k in my office, recently we have replace a faulty power supply(
300-1307) with (300-1400), but when the time its boot up, I can notice from
the console that everything is OK, but it just wait at the last line of the
console log. Hope somebody with has experienced with it can get give some
advise or help. Below are the console log:
