E420 with A1000 server hang.

We have the following server which hangs once in 2 or 3 days for no
reason,we cannot ping,telnet or console login on this server
Also note that we reinstalled the OS and it worked without any problem for
a week and again it went to a hang ,there is no message on the console and
we are not able to telnet or ping.
Server E420(4x450Mhz , 4GB RAM)
OBP Ver 3.29
OS Solaris8
Storage A1000
StManager RAID Manager 6.22.1
Patch Solaris8 Recomm Patch.
