E420R hard hang

I've a newly installed E420R with Solaris 8 plus
all the recommended patches installed. However,
this machine is giving me a lot of problem. It
hang very frequently. During the hang, when I tried
to telnet, ping the machine and there is no response.
There isn't any response from the keyboard as well
and I need to restart the machine. No core dump
is able to capture as well.
Would highly appreciate that anyone had came across
this problem and shed some light on this. TIA.
