Ultra 10 Power Problems

anymore. The machine worked fine, was powered down cleanly, and 2 days later,
upon trying to power up again, the following happens
1) the usual startup beep
2) fans run, power supply appears to be getting power to the MB
3) nothing else - no screen, hard disk doesn't seem to be clicking away,
etc...
4) CAPS Lock light comes on solid, then flashes a couple times on the
keyboard
After this, it just kind of stays like this.
I've tried swapping out the power supply from another Ultra 10, but no luck.
Any ideas on where to begin?
