Has anyone used groundwork or groundwork professional?

Or can anyone recommend something relatively cheap for a relatively small
MSP (few dozen racks, a couple of customers).

We basically want centralized management of all servers, grouping them by
customer, SNMP traps, graphing (trending), proper escalation procedures
(something that is not just nagios).

Any other links, resources would be appreciated.

Will summarize if I get any relies.
