12 pk Multi-Pack

I have a 12 pack Multi-Pack using a wide SCSI controller attached to a
Sparc
20 running Solaris 2.5. When I run "scsi_probe_all" from the boot
prompt, I
do not see the drives, only see the controller. I only have two drives
presently in the Multi-Pack. I have placed them in different locations
within the pack but it seems to make no difference. This Multi_pack is
supposed to be self-terminating. Does anyone know why I cannot see the
drives? I've also booted with "-r" and also run "drvconfig" followed by
"disks" - no go.

The answer is :
I had the wrong Wide SCSI controller for a 12 pack. I was using a DWIS
Wide
SCSI when I should have been using a SWIS Wide Controller. The manual
does
not indicate which one to get - Just "Wide SCSI controller". I really
got
the answer from Sun Support.
