Built In Traffic Manager in Solaris 9

Hello Gurus,

I have a small query. Does Solaris - 9 has a inbuilt traffic manager
? IF so, how do we access it ? In addition to that, I would like to
know what all switches and storage devices it can support. Any pointers
to this will be helpful.
