E450 and power supplys

Hello managers!

I've got a E450 with 3 internal disks and 1 300Mhz CPU.
Will I be able to run four 400Mhz CPUs, 2Gb ram and 3 internal disks at
one 600W power supply?

Since this is my test server there is no need for redundant power supplys.
