ultra 2 ifconfig

i am using ultra 2 ,whenever its coming up its saying "" ifconfig socket bad file number ""
please advice me what could be the problem

and aslo my interface not coming up ,if i gave ifconfig -a its saying

"" setnetconfig failed resource temperoly unavailable"
