Burning DVDs under Solaris

I urgently need to burn a DVD, I have a DBVD burner in a Sun Blade 150
with Solaris 10 and I have downloaded and installed cdrtools. Burning
CDs seems to work, but this tool obviously does not DVDs. I found
ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/cdrecord/ProDVD, downloaded the latest
cdrecord-ProDVD with the latest key and got
Total size: 3124 MB = 1599840 sectors
Current Secsize: 2048
Blocks total: 2298496 Blocks current: 2298496 Blocks remaining: 698656
Starting to write CD/DVD at speed 4 in real SAO mode for single session.
Last chance to quit, starting real write 8 seconds.Alarm Clock
This seems to be a very common problem (found many hits with google)
with no appropriate solution. The only hint given was to download
thelatest key which I have.
So what are people using to burn DVDs on a Solaris SPARC machine?
