SUMMARY: failed to open /dev/dump

Thanks to Frans Tigelaar, Jay Lessert and Mike's List for your attention and
your response. Unfortunately my engine still got the problem, I could not
move back /opt/usr to /usr, cause no space left on this device. And I
already make the link from /usr to /opt/usr, but still not working, maybe I
should re-install it.

If you can, make a link /usr that links to /opt/usr . If that doesn't work
than you can boot from cdrom and make the link. Reboot ... and ready you
are.
