su - ordinaryuser RBAC

I am trying to give root access to some other users.I set up a role with execution profile Primary Adminstrator and editied entries of /etc/user_attr such that role(which other users assume to become root) has same entries as root user.It works fine but when I use su - someuser .I am asked for password.But this does not happen when we are logged in asroot.Any help would be appreciated.
