Ultra 5 connected to a PLC , PBM generated system error

Hello managers, me again I have a Ultra 5 which is marking the following
panic [cpu0]/thread = 0x60392040
pci108e, 500001: PBM generated system error
pci108e, 500001: PBM generated system error
pci0: PCI serr
Level 14 interrupt

it goes to OBP, I found a summary related in

sunsolve doesn't have any workaround or posible causes, multiple
configurations which I didnt find anything common, Except different
interfaces.

Any input is welcome, Do I have to change the U5 CPu, or mainboard!

Any help is appreciated !
