V240 USB KVM

Solaris 9 V240 (with a graphics card) in a rack. I would like to have
a flat screen and keyboard in the rack to work on the servers. Is it
possible to use a USB KVM to switch between the three servers? WIll
the V240 fallback to using the serial port if it starts up and can't
find a keyboard? If anyone of you has done a similar thing, which USB
KVM did you use? I have to start ordering the parts fairly soon!
