any one knows the reason for this error

i have installed openldap 1.2.11 on solaris 9 ,
mechine , i also changed the nsswitch.conf and
pam.conf accordingly to enable the authentication
through ldap , i also run the ldapclient command and
it has generated the nacessary file ldap_client_file
etc ,
now when i try to login using the uid/password
defined the ldap , i get login incorrct mesage , i
also tried
giving truss -a -o /tmp/truss.out login , but i am
getting followjng lines in the truss.out which
indicates the errors , i dont know how can i eliminate
this erros i mean what is required to eliminate this

kindly guide me how do i eliminate this , as some one
suggested on the list during last 2-3 days ,i tried
everything which came to my mind . also searched on
google but no luck ,
