E450, L280 and Networker Problems

A customer is having a problem with an E450 with a L280 autoloader. The L280
has just been replaced but Legato Networker is unable to see it if you run
nsrjb (or any options).

Where it can see the tape drive at 4.0.0 but not the jukebox which should be
at 4.1.0
If the SCSI cable is pluged into a SE card would the OS still be able to see
the tape drive and not the jukebox ?
The cabling on the back of the jukebox looks okay as they have sent a pic
over.
