It's possible to attach softpartitions in SDS 4.2.1?

Here it's the scenario:
d50 -> c0t0d0s5 -> 5Gb
d51 (softpartition from d50) -> 1Gb
d60 -> c0t1d0s5 -> 5Gb
d62 (softpartition from d60) -> 2.5Gb
It's possible to create a new concat metadevice of 3.5Gb attaching it the
d51 and d62 softpartitions? Something like d51 + d62
If possible, please could somebody teach me how to do it?
I have tryed to attach one of them to the other, but I get no way.
